good god no! no i do not run every morning! if i run more than 3x a week the last time will be for my life!!! but every wednesday i do a long run with a friend. we did 5 miles today and next wednesday we're doing 10? (omfgwhat?!) i call it a morning 5k because it will ultimately dwindle down to that number after my friend finishes training.
