this film looks beautiful and the synopsis intrigues me. it honestly reminds me of a bitty story idea i had for this once famous inventor whose mind has slipped away and the girl who takes care of him. totally long story short, he's actually hundreds of years old, cursed by a god, yadda yadda yadda, the needlessly impossible is standard in my thoughts.

i still haven't seen strong world yet! this is possibly because my heart is still broken by the impel down arc's end. jfc, oda sensei. YOU BROKE MY HEART! i can't bring myself to pick the manga back up yet. but the pain is easing.

i was able to look at this picture of luffy and not wibble so. progress!

from what i understand this is just an alternate origin. and i think it'll be a positive over all because the writer is quite good and the artwork is going to kick ass but, i'm still not keen on the new costume.
